- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to designated quantities and specifications.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and fulfill urgent or time-sensitive orders.
- Organize and maintain inventory in a clean and orderly manner.
- Utilize warehouse management system to track and locate items for order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently to move and transport inventory.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as receiving and stocking inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
- Continuously strive for process improvements and suggest ways to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment and inventory management.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For An Order Filler Picker At Dhl Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Ability To Follow Instructions And Work In A Team.
Previous Warehouse Experience: Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Especially As An Order Filler Or Picker, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Shows That The Candidate Is Familiar With Warehouse Processes And Can Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Attention To Detail: As An Order Filler Picker, One Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Accurately Pick And Pack Orders. This Includes Being Able To Read And Understand Product Labels And Numbers, As Well As Ensuring The Correct Quantities And Items Are Being Selected.
