  1. Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established protocols and procedures.
  2. Utilize technology and equipment to efficiently locate and retrieve products for order fulfillment.
  3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the correct items and quantities are included in each order.
  4. Work closely with other team members to prioritize and fulfill urgent orders in a timely manner.
  5. Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth order fulfillment processes.
  9. Continuously seek out ways to improve productivity and efficiency in order fulfillment processes.
  10. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns related to order fulfillment.
