Operations Systems Analyst
Serves as the warehouse management system (WMS) expert and business analytics lead for the site/region. Understands the WMS database structure. Performs advanced configuration of the WMS. Designs, creates, and implements new screens for the WMS. Analyzes discrepancies and assists in the design of procedures to reduce/eliminate site impact. Conducts feasibility analyses on processes and equipment; calculates cost/benefit, identifies business impacts, and proposes solutions. Identifies requirements, creates, runs, and manipulates site management and/or customer reports. Fully comprehends warehouse activities and dependencies to design and implement warehouse processes and workflows. Troubleshoots and coordinates technical support for site operations and systems. Mentors Operations Systems Analysts.
1-3 years of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role, required
Comfortable delivering presentations to small groups.
