Manage both the import and export departments including FCL and LCL. Follow company procedures and Best Practices in performing the work. Ensure staff quality and timely completion of assignments. Responsible for the resolution of accounting problems for the Ocean product area. Responsible for supervision of all staff. Responsible to ensure compliance of all company regulations relating to operations and human resource policies. Responsible for management issues including staffing and evaluation. Ensure continuous improvement processes to increase efficiencies, reduces waste and improve performance to our customers. Responsible for meeting all KPI’s assigned and audited.
