Job Description

  1. Manage inventory levels: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of materials in our supply chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
  2. Coordinate material movement: Oversee the movement of materials from suppliers to warehouses and distribution centers, and then to end customers, ensuring they are delivered on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
  3. Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of all materials, including quantities, locations, and movements, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting for inventory management purposes.
  4. Collaborate with suppliers: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
  5. Implement efficient processes: Continuously review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the supply chain.
  6. Monitor and report on material usage: Track material usage and report any discrepancies or issues to management, providing recommendations for improvement.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams: Work closely with various departments, such as procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure the smooth flow of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
  8. Ensure compliance: Ensure all materials meet quality and safety standards, and comply with company policies and procedures.
  9. Train and mentor team members: Train and mentor new team members on inventory management processes and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the team's success.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management to ensure DHL remains competitive and efficient in its materials coordination processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Materials Coordination Or Inventory Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Warehouse Operations And Inventory Control Processes.

  • Proficiency In Using Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
