IT Asset Management Analyst

Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization’s hardware and software. Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Provides cost estimation for PC services team and manages procurement process for software and hardware. Ensures compliance with software license requirements, in conjunction with License Manager. Builds partnership with existing software, hardware, and related service suppliers. Participates in negotiations, contract resolutions, and service reviews (QBR’s).Records and tracks IT assets in applicable databases, including licenses, warranties, and service agreements, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Provides monthly reports tracking activities to include hardware and software purchases, hardware deployment and reclassification plus site level inventory of PC’s.
