Job Description

Responsible to direct the overall planning, coordination, status reporting and delivery of multiple regional and global large/complex programs, ensuring the project goals and objective are met within agreed upon limits for time, scope, budget and resources. Support opportunity areas to improve the project delivery process, IT delivery cost, schedule, and quality. Work with Global and Regional resource to deliver detailed requirements, project plans, design and implementation documentation. Develops strategies for delivery and testing of an initiative regionally. Ensure service provider organizations (ITS, external vendors, etc) deliver all required (Hosting, Telecommunications, Field and Collaboration services) according to agreed processes and procedures. Build strong relationships with stakeholders with clear communication and feedback to ensure project efforts meet customer expectations.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an IT environment, required

  • Extensive experience in Project management methodology, required

  • Ability to communicate with technicians, corporate, industry and professional standards

  • ITIL Foundation experience including working knowledge of; Configuration Management, Change Management, Incident Management
