  1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field service technicians to ensure high performance and productivity.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and track field service team's performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  4. Create and maintain schedules for field service team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  5. Communicate and coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth execution of field service operations.
  6. Train and onboard new field service team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  7. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
  9. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary equipment and supplies for field service team.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve field service operations.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  12. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to identify and implement process improvements.
  13. Participate in budget planning and monitoring to ensure efficient use of resources.
  14. Represent the company and maintain a positive relationship with customers and business partners.
  15. Keep accurate records and documentation of field service activities and performance.
