Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Field Service Or Logistics Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Field Service Technicians.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Customers, And Management.
Proficiency In Technical Knowledge And Experience With Service And Repair Of Transportation Equipment, Such As Trucks And Forklifts.
Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment While Maintaining High Levels Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
