  • Develop and implement a comprehensive labor relations strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with labor unions, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and resolving any disputes that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to labor relations.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and supervisors on labor relations issues, including interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and handling grievances.
  • Conduct investigations and mediate conflicts related to labor relations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and management on labor relations policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in labor laws and regulations, and make recommendations for adjustments to the company's labor relations strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze data related to labor relations, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and labor unions, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting open communication, trust, and respect among all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Labor Relations, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Negotiation And Conflict Resolution Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Unions, Employees, And Management.
