
Customer Implementation Specialist
Supports & drives implementation of customers and ensures compliance to implementation procedures. Executes CIPM projects and in-country GCIPM tasks. Ensures that the implementation milestones as set in the GCIPM and CIPM process are met and followed up. Ensures that all implementation tasks are performed. Supports and leads local customer implementation projects Executes CIPM projects and corresponding activities. Executes GCIPM projects in country and corresponding activities. Ensures all customer requirements are fully understood, can be met and are documented Gathers information required to fulfill implementation. Interacts and communicates with key stakeholders to align, e.g. between Sales, Product, customer. Supports successful onboarding of regionally managed customer implementations in country.
