Job Description

Develops tools to automate compensation processes from compensation reviews and approvals to pay band development. Creates effective databases and tools using advanced programs such as Power BI, Access and SQL. Models and optimizes total reward processes to support the Americas Region. Leads compensation processes such as annual merit programs including pay for performance, market competitiveness, internal equity and differentiation. Analyzes current compensation rewards programs in alignment with business objectives, market trends, cost effectiveness and competitive practice. Prepares timely and actionable analysis, forecasts, and recommendations for assigned projects to ensure achievement of business objectives. Supports the design, development and analysis of pay bands for various groups in the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • 5 + years of data analytics and compensation and benefits experience.

  • Experience in analyzing data structures and recommending enhancements to support reporting improvements.

  • Experience in reporting tools and developing complex reports.
