Collections Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Collections Manager to own and manage Accounts Receivable for the large customer segment. Lead the B2B collections activities, is accountable for and the primary B2B Credit & Collection process owner. Manages receivables on behalf of DPDHL in an efficient and cost-effective manner, in line with internal and external policies and standards, in order to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debts for the business. Ensures achievement of Credit & Collections process KPIs. Interfaces with Regional/Global process owner and Global Service Center regarding back office activities. Responsible, in conjunction with the Credit &Collections specialist, for reviewing process performance reports and provide feedback to Global Service Center and internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are being met and the process is continued to be improved. Ensures global internal control framework (ICS) in the area of scope is implemented and followed.
