Review and approve refunds aligned to the Approval Control document. Interface with Senior Leadership on key issues/opportunities. Provide directions to Cash processors and support complex customer/colleague issue resolution and issue resolution and participate in meetings/conference as required Second level point of contact for customer escalations. Manage/create reporting to identify issues/trends which may impact results. Interviews, hires and provides coaching and development to Cash Team processors. By example and through continuous coaching instills a sense of urgency when resolving customer cash application issues. Administers, coordinates, and directs cash application department’s operation and policies. Monitors and evaluates the quality of cash application through quality audits. Evaluates processes to ensure relevancy and efficiency to manage special projects designed to enhance productivity and quality.
