Job Description

Prepare/ review balance sheet reconciliations; research non traditional balances. Reconcile all self-insurance activity to the incurred but not reported analysis (IBNR). Prepare accounting entries for health and risk self-insurance programs. Post all area specific journal entries as prepared by 3rd party offshoring partner. Ensure desktop procedures (DTP’s) are maintained by 3rd party offshoring partner. Approve entries related to the self-insurance program. Forecasting the self-insurance programs. Ensure accounting controls and policies are being applied appropriately at all levels. Meet published deadlines.
