  4. Provide timely and meaningful feedback to students on their assignments and progress.
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students to thrive in.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development to ensure course content is relevant and current.
  7. Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
  8. Utilize the online learning platform to deliver lectures, engage in discussions, and provide resources to students.
  9. Communicate regularly with students through various channels, such as email, discussion boards, and virtual office hours.
  10. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about university policies and procedures.
  11. Serve as a mentor and role model to students, promoting professionalism and academic excellence.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of DeVry University by participating in recruitment and retention efforts.
  13. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant data.
  14. Comply with all university policies and procedures and adhere to academic standards.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods and course content to ensure student success.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Web Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Web Development, With A Deep Understanding Of Programming Languages, Web Design Principles, And Various Web Development Frameworks.

  • Teaching Experience In Online Environments: As An Online Visiting Professor, The Candidate Must Be Able To Effectively Deliver Course Material And Engage With Students In A Virtual Setting. Prior Experience Teaching In An Online Environment Is An Important Qualification For This Role.
