Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In Global Supply Chain Management: Candidates For This Position Should Possess A Master's Or Doctorate Degree In Global Supply Chain Management Or A Related Field. This Advanced Degree Will Ensure That The Candidate Has A Deep Understanding Of The Subject Matter And Is Equipped To Teach Students At A Higher Level.

  • Industry Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In The Global Supply Chain Management Field Is Required For This Position. This Experience Will Provide The Candidate With Practical Knowledge And Real-World Examples To Draw Upon When Teaching And Engaging With Students.

  • Teaching Experience: Previous Teaching Experience, Preferably In An Online Setting, Is Essential For This Position. The Candidate Should Be Comfortable Delivering Lectures, Leading Discussions, And Providing Feedback To Students Through Online Platforms.

  • Technological Proficiency: As This Is An Online Position, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Technological Skills And Be Familiar With Various Online Teaching Tools And Platforms. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot Technical Issues That May Arise During Online Lectures Or Discussions.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As They Will Be Interacting With Students From Diverse Backgrounds And Cultures. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Other Faculty Members And Administrators To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Course.
