  1. Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, presentations, and course materials on business and project management, ensuring that they align with DeVry University's standards and objectives.
  2. Create and implement innovative teaching methods and techniques to engage and motivate students, while also promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  3. Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development, providing support and resources to help them achieve their goals.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in business and project management, incorporating this knowledge into curriculum development and course content.
  5. Collaborate with other faculty members and university departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience for students.
  6. Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the overall success of the university.
  7. Manage and coordinate the business program, including course scheduling, curriculum development, and student enrollment.
  8. Serve as a liaison between students and the university, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise and providing guidance and support as needed.
  9. Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing timely and constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement.
  10. Act as a role model and mentor for students, demonstrating professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all interactions and promoting these values in the classroom.
  11. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and encourages open communication and collaboration among students.
  12. Represent DeVry University at professional conferences and events, promoting the university's mission and programs to potential students and industry partners.
  13. Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development, including publishing research articles, presenting at conferences, and participating in relevant workshops and seminars.
  14. Adhere to all university policies and procedures, including those related to academic integrity, student confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
  15. Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the university administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field, Preferably From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Principles.
