US Investment Banking Team Counsel

We are seeking an experienced and motivated US Investment Banking Team Counsel to join Deutsche Bank's global legal team. The successful candidate will be legally responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the US investment banking division on a wide range of legal matters.The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and 4+ years of experience in banking and/or corporate law. This individual must also have a strong understanding of the US securities laws and regulations, have a deep knowledge of the US capital markets and have experience with M&A transactions.We are looking for a team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills who will work well with all members of the legal team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and a creative problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment.
