  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of strategic remediation and control within Deutsche Bank.
  2. Develop and maintain an understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure compliance.
  3. Identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies for remediation to mitigate those risks.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to implement remediation plans and monitor progress.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve controls and compliance.
  7. Monitor and report on the bank's risk profile and compliance status to senior management.
  8. Lead and participate in internal and external audits and examinations.
  9. Provide guidance and support to teams and individuals on compliance and risk management matters.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the bank's policies and procedures are up-to-date.
  11. Communicate and train employees on new policies and procedures related to remediation and control.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to implement a culture of continuous improvement and risk awareness.
  13. Foster a culture of compliance and risk management within the bank.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and auditors.
  15. Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on remediation and control efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Compliance, Or Regulatory Affairs, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Regulations And Industry Standards, Including But Not Limited To Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank Act, And Mifid Ii.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Financial Risks And Regulatory Issues.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Information To Senior Management.
