- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Deutsche Bank's corporate cash management products and services.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the corporate sector, building and expanding the client base.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' financial needs and goals, and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to provide comprehensive and holistic solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of Deutsche Bank's cash management solutions.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the bank.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Uphold the bank's values and standards of professionalism at all times.
- Continuously develop and improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-learning.
- Represent Deutsche Bank at industry events and conferences to promote the bank's cash management solutions.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring a high level of ethics and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Sales Or Business Development Role, Preferably In Corporate Cash Management.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Cash Management, Treasury Services, And Payments.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Communicate Complex Concepts To Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Meeting Revenue Targets In A Highly Competitive Market.
