  1. Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to enhance internal processes and improve client experience.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and develop a roadmap for ServiceNow development.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for all ServiceNow related initiatives, ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.
  4. Conduct regular analysis and evaluation of current processes and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  5. Utilize your strong understanding of IT service management to ensure that all ServiceNow solutions align with industry best practices.
  6. Manage and prioritize the backlog of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  7. Conduct training and provide support to end users on ServiceNow features and functionality.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ServiceNow platform, and make recommendations for enhancements or new features.
  9. Communicate progress and updates to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations.
  10. Act as a leader and mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Servicenow Product Owner Or Similar Role Within A Large Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Servicenow Platform, Modules, And Capabilities.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Product Development Lifecycle.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Translate Business Needs Into Technical Requirements And Vice Versa.

  • Experience In Financial Services Industry, Specifically Within A Banking Environment, And Understanding Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements.
