  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  2. Collaborate with relationship managers to identify and understand client needs, and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial markets, trends, and client portfolios to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  4. Continuously monitor and track client satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
  5. Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any inquiries or requests.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to provide informed advice and support to clients.
  9. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  13. Represent the bank in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis Or Relationship Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Investments, Loans, And Credit.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
