  1. Monitor and analyze regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  2. Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and information for regulatory reporting.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory changes and updates, and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes.
  5. Perform quality checks on data and reports to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient reporting processes.
  7. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness and accuracy of regulatory reporting procedures.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory reporting requirements and provide guidance to colleagues as needed.
  9. Keep abreast of industry best practices and new developments in regulatory reporting to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Prepare and present reports on regulatory compliance to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of new reporting systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
  12. Proactively identify potential compliance issues and work with relevant teams to address and resolve them.
  13. Participate in trainings and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in regulatory reporting.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in team meetings and supporting team members when needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Reporting Requirements, Including Basel Iii And Dodd-Frank.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Reporting At A Financial Institution Or Consulting Firm.

  • Proficiency In Financial Reporting Software And Advanced Knowledge Of Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Financial Data.
