  1. Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
  2. Monitor and control project budgets, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Conduct thorough project analysis, including identifying key performance indicators, to track progress and ensure project success.
  6. Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  8. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  9. Continuously review and improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  11. Facilitate project meetings and discussions, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  12. Support the project manager in all aspects of project delivery, including resource allocation and managing dependencies.
  13. Remain up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in project management and apply them to projects.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts.
  15. Embrace a culture of continuous learning and development, seeking opportunities to enhance project management skills and capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Certification In Project Management (E.g. Pmp, Capm) Is Preferred.
