  1. Develop and implement compliance strategies and programs for the Private Bank business line, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of current compliance policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
  4. Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends, and communicate any changes or updates to the Private Bank team.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to ensure a culture of compliance and ethical conduct is maintained across all business lines.
  6. Provide training and guidance to Private Bank employees on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Conduct investigations and reviews of potential compliance violations and report findings to senior management.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors, and assist with any compliance-related inquiries or audits.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external compliance professionals and stay informed of industry best practices.
  10. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and work with the team to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all compliance activities and reports.
  12. Foster a strong culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the Private Bank team.
  13. Collaborate with the legal department to review and assess legal risks associated with new products or services.
  14. Participate in compliance committee meetings and provide updates on relevant compliance issues.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the Private Bank team on all compliance matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Risk Management In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Private Banking And Wealth Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs, Policies, And Procedures In A Complex And Global Organization.
