  1. Accurately and timely report legal entity information to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  2. Support the legal team in managing corporate governance and compliance matters.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure legal entity reporting is up-to-date and accurate.
  4. Maintain organized and detailed records of legal entity information.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify legal entity data.
  6. Communicate effectively with legal team and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues related to legal entity reporting.
  7. Stay updated on changes in corporate law and regulations to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  8. Proactively identify and address any potential legal entity reporting issues.
  9. Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as corporate resolutions and meeting minutes.
  10. Coordinate and schedule meetings and maintain meeting agendas and minutes.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  13. Ensure confidentiality and security of all legal entity information.
  14. Provide support and assistance to other members of the legal team as needed.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in legal entity reporting.
  16. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal Or Corporate Secretary In A Legal Entity Reporting Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal Entity Reporting Regulations And Requirements, Including Sec Filings And Corporate Governance.

  • Proficient In Legal Research, Document Management, And Drafting Legal Documents.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Internal And External Stakeholders.
