  2. Monitor and analyze market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with risk management standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk reduction and control measures.
  5. Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on risk management activities and mitigation plans.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement in risk management processes.
  7. Train and educate employees on risk management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and audits of risk management processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
  9. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to continuously improve risk management processes.
  10. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with risk management regulations and requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Risk Management: A Non-Financial Risk Portfolio Manager At Deutsche Bank Should Have A Strong Background In Risk Management, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Risk Assessment Methodologies, Risk Mitigation Strategies, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Knowledge Of Non-Financial Risks: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Non-Financial Risks, Such As Operational, Compliance, Reputational, And Cyber Risks. They Should Be Able To Identify Potential Risks And Implement Effective Controls To Mitigate Them.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: As A Non-Financial Risk Portfolio Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data And Information. They Should Be Able To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Potential Risks, And Provide Actionable Insights To Senior Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Business Heads, And Regulatory Bodies. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Risk-Related Information And Recommendations To Different Audiences.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: As The Head Of The Non-Financial Risk Portfolio, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Risk Professionals. They Should Be Able To Provide Guidance, Support, And Direction To Team Members To Achieve The Bank's Risk Management Objectives.
