  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for market data products and services to support the bank's global operations.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with market data vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality of products and services.
  3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
  4. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to achieve the best terms and conditions for the bank.
  5. Manage the procurement process, including requests for proposals, evaluation of bids, and contract execution.
  6. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand market data requirements and ensure timely and accurate delivery of data.
  7. Monitor and analyze market data usage and costs to identify areas for optimization and cost containment.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures related to market data sourcing.

Job Qualifications
