- Provide expert legal advice to clients and colleagues within the Investment Bank team at Deutsche Bank.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Advise on complex legal matters related to investment banking transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments and global offices to ensure consistent and accurate legal advice.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risk.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for investment banking transactions.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.
- Represent Deutsche Bank in negotiations and meetings with clients and external parties.
- Provide training and guidance to junior legal team members.
- Participate in developing and implementing legal strategies and policies for the Investment Bank.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
- Proactively identify and address potential legal issues and risks.
- Support the growth and success of the Investment Bank by providing strategic legal advice.

Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From A Reputable Law School.
Admission To The State Bar And Good Standing With Relevant Regulatory Bodies.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking Or Corporate Law, With A Focus On Securities Regulations And Compliance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Services Laws And Regulations, Including Sec And Finra Rules.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Track Record Of Providing Sound Legal Advice To Senior Executives And Business Units.
