  1. Lead and mentor a team of auditors to ensure efficient and effective completion of audits.
  2. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
  3. Utilize expertise in internal audit processes to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of audits in accordance with internal audit standards and established timelines.
  5. Collaborate with other audit teams to ensure consistency and alignment in audit approaches and findings.
  6. Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in order to continuously improve audit processes.
  7. Train and develop team members on audit methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  8. Evaluate the performance of team members and provide constructive feedback for their professional development.
  9. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  10. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Monitor and report on the status of audit plans and provide updates to senior management as needed.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to internal audit activities.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  14. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Auditing, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Auditing Principles, Practices, And Procedures, As Well As Relevant Industry Regulations And Standards.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Identify And Communicate Risks And Control Deficiencies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team Of Auditors, Including Providing Guidance, Training, And Performance Evaluations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Senior Management And Stakeholders To Present Audit Findings And Recommendations.
