  1. Conduct thorough and accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on new and existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Analyze and review client information, including identification documents, account activity, and risk assessments, to identify any potential red flags or suspicious activity.
  3. Monitor and track changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that the bank's policies and procedures are in line with these changes.
  4. Collaborate with various teams and departments to obtain necessary information and documentation for KYC reviews.
  5. Communicate and escalate any potential issues or concerns to management and work towards finding solutions.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all KYC reviews and updates.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in KYC and compliance.
  8. Act as a point of contact for any KYC-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Conduct regular training and education sessions for colleagues on KYC procedures and compliance regulations.
  10. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection policies to safeguard client information.
  11. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of KYC procedures.
  12. Uphold the bank's values and code of conduct in all interactions and activities.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to KYC and compliance as assigned by management.
  14. Continuously develop and improve knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Kyc Due Diligence And Customer Onboarding Within A Financial Institution

  • Strong Knowledge Of Aml/Kyc Regulations And Procedures, Including Fatca And Kyc Remediation

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Interact With Clients.
