  1. Manage and execute trades for exotic derivatives, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and other factors that may impact the performance of exotic derivatives.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on exotic derivatives trading.
  4. Collaborate with other team members and departments to develop and implement trading strategies that align with the bank's goals and objectives.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends related to exotic derivatives, and share knowledge and insights with colleagues.
  6. Manage and maintain trading positions and risk exposures in accordance with established risk management guidelines.
  7. Utilize financial models and tools to analyze and evaluate the risk and potential profitability of exotic derivatives.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of exotic derivatives trading activities.
  9. Mentor and train junior traders, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve trading processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Exotic Derivatives Trading: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Trading Exotic Derivatives, With A Proven Track Record Of Success. This Includes Expertise In Pricing, Hedging, And Risk Management Of Complex Derivative Products.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: As A Director In The Exotic Derivatives Trading Team, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Quantitative And Analytical Skills. They Should Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Evaluate Risk Exposures, And Make Informed Trading Decisions Based On Data And Market Insights.

  • Deep Understanding Of Financial Markets: Deutsche Bank Is A Leading Global Investment Bank, And The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Financial Markets, Including Macroeconomic Factors, Industry Trends, And Regulatory Requirements. This Will Enable Them To Develop And Execute Profitable Trading Strategies.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Traders. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Delegate Tasks, Mentor And Develop Team Members, And Foster A Collaborative And High-Performance Work Culture.

  • Strong Network And Client Relationships: As A Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Relationships With Key Clients And Generating Revenue For The Bank.
