- Develop and execute sales strategies for cash management and trade finance solutions in the North American market.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the region.

- Collaborate with the Director and other key stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.

Extensive Experience In Institutional Cash And Trade Sales: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Within The Institutional Cash And Trade Sector. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Market, Products, And Client Needs.
Proven Track Record Of Sales Success: The Sales Manager Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Developing And Maintaining Long-Term Client Relationships. Previous Experience In A Senior Sales Role Within A Financial Institution Is Highly Desirable.
Strategic Mindset And Leadership Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Must Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Develop And Implement Sales Strategies For The North American Market. They Should Also Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of North American Market: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The North American Market, Including Its Regulatory Landscape, Competitive Landscape, And Cultural Nuances. They Should Also Have A Network Of Contacts Within The Industry.
