  1. Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with real estate clients.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate clients, addressing their financial needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial solutions to clients.
  6. Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to all relevant laws.
  7. Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure their financial goals are being met.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, including emerging trends and potential risks.
  9. Lead and manage a team of relationship managers to ensure high-quality service delivery and achievement of targets.
  10. Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
