  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  2. Assist in the growth of the private debt business by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to attract new clients.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of potential investments and present findings to senior management.
  4. Collaborate with the Private Debt team to research and stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  5. Prepare financial reports, presentations, and other materials to support the team's business development efforts.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of client requests and projects.
  8. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and senior management.
  9. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues related to client accounts or investments.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Fund Finance, Private Equity, Or Investment Banking.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fund Structures And Financial Reporting For Private Debt Funds.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously In A Fast-Paced Environment.
