  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, arranging meetings and travel, and preparing documents and presentations.
  2. Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other team members.
  4. Coordinate and organize events and conferences on behalf of the bank.
  5. Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  8. Analyze and interpret financial data to assist in budget planning and performance evaluation.
  9. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  10. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior executives.
  13. Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.
  14. Uphold the bank's values, policies, and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Manage And Organize Large Amounts Of Data.
