  1. Conduct environmental and social due diligence on potential investments and projects to assess their sustainability and responsible business practices.
  2. Develop and implement sustainable finance strategies and policies in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor and report on the organization's progress towards sustainability goals and targets.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to integrate sustainability into decision-making processes.
  5. Identify and advise on environmental and social risks and opportunities in the organization's operations and investments.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to sustainability and responsible finance.
  7. Lead and facilitate discussions and trainings on sustainability topics for employees at all levels.
  8. Communicate the organization's sustainability efforts and progress to external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and regulators.
  9. Provide guidance and support to business units in implementing sustainable practices and meeting sustainability targets.
  10. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in sustainable finance practices within the organization.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance sustainable finance initiatives.
  12. Represent the organization in industry forums and events related to sustainability and responsible finance.
  13. Develop and manage budgets and resources for sustainability initiatives.
  14. Mentor and develop junior team members in the sustainability and responsible finance field.
  15. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of sustainability programs and initiatives to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Environmental And Social Due Diligence, Sustainable Finance, Or Corporate Sustainability.

  • Strong Understanding Of Environmental And Social Risks And Opportunities In The Financial Sector.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Oversee Complex Initiatives.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Sustainability Strategies And Programs Within A Corporate Setting.
