  1. Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of data across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain data quality metrics and performance indicators.
  3. Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
  4. Create and maintain documentation of data quality standards, processes, and procedures.
  5. Communicate data quality issues and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Lead and manage data quality improvement projects, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of data quality initiatives with business goals.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data quality management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Train and educate teams on data quality standards, procedures, and tools.
  10. Monitor and track data quality metrics and provide regular reporting to management on performance and progress.
  11. Participate in data governance meetings and provide insights and recommendations on data quality issues.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data quality standards are incorporated into system design and development.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on data quality, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
  14. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data quality management.
  15. Continuously assess and improve data quality processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Quality Management Or Data Governance Roles.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Management Principles And Best Practices.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Other Data Query Languages.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
