- Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber risk management strategy for the organization.
- Analyze and evaluate current and emerging cyber threats to assess potential risks to the organization.
- Create and maintain policies and procedures for cyber risk management in line with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement appropriate security measures to mitigate cyber risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential weaknesses in the organization's systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and technologies to continuously improve the organization's risk management approach.
- Communicate cyber risk management strategies and policies to all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to other IT professionals in the organization.
- Review and approve third-party vendor contracts to ensure compliance with cyber risk management standards.
- Proactively identify and address any gaps or vulnerabilities in the organization's cyber risk management processes.
- Monitor and analyze cyber security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the state of the organization's cyber risk management.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the organization's cyber risk management capabilities.
- Participate in industry conferences and workshops to stay informed of current cyber risk management trends and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's cyber risk management program to ensure it remains effective and efficient.
