As a Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and enhancing our End User Computing services to both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your excellent communication skills and strategic thinking to support the successful implementation of our EUC initiatives.   1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote and enhance our End User Computing services to internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to create effective communication strategies.
  3. Write and edit engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including internal newsletters, email updates, and social media.
  4. Ensure all communications align with the company's brand and messaging guidelines.
  5. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of End User Computing services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  7. Act as a liaison between the End User Computing team and other departments, providing clear and timely communication to ensure alignment and understanding of initiatives.
  8. Create and maintain relationships with external partners and media outlets to increase awareness of our End User Computing services.
  9. Assist with the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities related to End User Computing.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing and impactful communication materials.
  11. Identify potential risks and issues related to End User Computing initiatives and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline communication processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In The Technology Or Finance Industry.

  • Excellent Writing And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Communication Strategies, Including Creating Content For A Variety Of Channels Such As Email, Social Media, And Internal Platforms.

  • Knowledge Of End User Computing Technologies And Trends, And The Ability To Translate Technical Information Into Clear And Concise Messaging For End Users.
