  1. Develop and drive overall strategy and vision for transformation and remediation within the AFC division.
  2. Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the division, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve department goals and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement remediation plans.
  5. Evaluate and monitor progress of transformation and remediation initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in relation to transformation and remediation efforts.
  7. Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support transformation and remediation efforts.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for the transformation and remediation department.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the division.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Management Role, Preferably In A Financial Institution.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Large-Scale Transformation And Remediation Projects.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices In Risk Management, Compliance, And Operational Processes.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
