- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of capital and liquidity management processes.
- Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the impact of potential economic and market changes on the organization's capital and liquidity position.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and developments related to capital and liquidity management and communicate their implications to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the organization's overall financial goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in capital and liquidity management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Capital And Liquidity Regulations And Requirements, Such As Basel Iii And Dodd-Frank.
2-3 Years Of Experience In A Financial Institution, Preferably In A Capital And Liquidity Management Role.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Perform Complex Financial Modeling And Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders Within The Bank.
