
HR Specialist
In this Human Resources Specialist (Employee Relations) position, you will become a key team member of Homeland Security professionals involved in providing advice, consultation, and guidance on various issues relating to the management of employees, discipline and other employee relations issues for CBP. Typical work assignments include:
- Applying a wide range of employee relations concepts, laws, policies, practices and analytical/diagnostic methods.
- Preparing employee discipline and support documents, and other issues to research applicable laws and regulations.
- Processing comprehensive human resources management advisory and technical services.
3+ years of related experience
