
UX Writer
As a UX Writer, you will collaborate with product design teams to craft intuitive, actionable, and easy-to-understand user experiences by creating short- and long-form writing for Dell’s customer-facing digital properties and the company’s internal digital channels and tools. Ensure copy complies with our client’s brand standards, style guide, and maintains site-wide consistency. Contribute to the development of the writing style guide, content strategies, best practices, and processes. Present your ideas to design and business stakeholders and adapt to feedback. Intake and understand complex requirements and problems and distill the appropriate customer-centric solution. Test and iterate copy by partnering with UX research.
Ability to extend knowledge from one product to another to create an overall consistent customer experience
Undergraduate degree and 2 years relevant experience
Experience writing for different use-case scenarios on a large, complex website or software applications
Ability to identify critical insights (whether through trends or through hard data) and organize them into actionable plans
