  1. Develop and implement performance strategies for Dell's products to ensure optimal system performance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of system performance data and provide actionable insights.
  4. Continuously monitor and test performance metrics to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  5. Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to optimize system performance, including performance testing, benchmarking, and system tuning.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Work closely with product development teams to ensure performance considerations are incorporated into product design and development.
  8. Conduct performance reviews and provide recommendations for enhancements or changes to improve overall system performance.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate new technologies and optimize performance.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on system performance, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams as needed.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to system performance to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Proactively identify and troubleshoot performance issues, and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on performance optimization techniques and best practices.
  14. Communicate performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and product teams.
  15. Maintain documentation and reports on system performance and enhancements, and provide regular updates to relevant teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Performance Engineering, With A Focus On System Level Performance Analysis And Optimization.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, Java, And Python, And Experience With Performance Testing Tools.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot System Performance Issues.
