
Specialist, Accounts Receivable
You'll be responsible for receipt and posting of cash receipts, Manual/ Custom Invoicing, Credit Notes and Refunds, Prepaid Order release, Bank Reconciliation, reconciling outstanding account balances, and preparation of periodic reports on accounts receivable and past due status and process bank disputes. Provide administrative support in the collections process. Prepare outstanding accounts reports, hold reports/ cancellation reports, process level reports for Revenue Services and gather credit and/or reference information Prepare charge back loss reports and projects losses for reporting purposes Maintain database by entering, updating and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports. Adhere to credit & collections policies while issuing credit notes/ refunds, compliance to Customer Privacy Policy, GAAP and internal controls.
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong accounting knowledge
Associates degree, technical college or some college preferred
