1. Design, implement, and manage SIEM, EDR, XDR, and SOAR technologies to protect the organization from cyber threats.
2. Monitor and analyze security events and alerts, and investigate potential security incidents.
3. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
4. Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the effectiveness of our security infrastructure.
5. Stay up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, and proactively implement measures to mitigate them.
6. Collaborate with other departments to identify, assess, and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
7. Conduct regular security assessments and penetration tests to identify and address any weaknesses in our systems.
8. Monitor and maintain security logs and reports, and provide timely updates and recommendations to management.
9. Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
10. Evaluate new and emerging security technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
11. Work with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of our systems and data.
12. Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
13. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
14. Participate in incident response and provide technical support during security incidents.
15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of security-related projects.
