5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies to mitigate legal risks and maximize business opportunities.
6. Advise on intellectual property matters, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
7. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
8. Provide training and guidance on legal compliance matters.
9. Handle litigation and other legal matters related to IT.
10. Maintain a working knowledge of best practices in the industry and the legal landscape.
