Security Policy Compliance

We are currently seeking a Senior Security Policy Compliance within the Security and Resiliency Organization (SRO). This role will report to the Senior Management of the Global Security Compliance group within the GRC Organization. Driving the development of a modernized, interconnected framework of policies, standards, and internal controls which disseminate specific requirements to the appropriate target segments of the business. Advising on control design and implementation approaches, supporting technical teams to ensure full implementation coverage across the business. Ensuring processes are in place to validate control compliance, addressing non-compliance through defined security exception processes to lead corrective action plans as appropriate. Delivery of periodic updates and metrics to Global Security Compliance leadership which illustrate overall level of compliance as it pertains to specific policies, standards, and associated control groups
